Refund policy

Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days, contact must be made within 14 days of receipt to request return. Customised items are non-refundable due to the personalised element of the product.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact me ASAP and if possible I will do so, however if a personalised item has already been made for you and cannot be re-sold then it can't be cancelled.
